How long does delivery take?

What does the engraving guarantee cover?
We check every submitted pet photo before engraving. If you're concerned about the finished portrait, contact our support team. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Can I return personalized jewelry?
Yes. Treuespur offers a voluntary 30-day return policy from delivery, including personalized and engraved products, subject to its terms. You generally cover return shipping for voluntary returns; mandatory rights for defective or incorrect items remain unaffected. See our returns policy.
Can I include more than one pet?
Eligible portrait necklaces, bracelets and keychains can feature up to four pets. Each pet has its own pendant and photo. Optional back engravings are charged separately.
What materials are used?
Our jewelry is based on 304 stainless steel. Gold and rose gold versions have a plated finish; the silver-colored finish is not solid sterling silver. See each product page for material details and dimensions.
How is my Treuespur gift packaged?
Your jewelry arrives in our dark-green Treuespur gift box with a cream-colored card, so it feels special from the moment it is opened.
