What does the 100-Day Guarantee cover?
Our 100-Day Guarantee covers engraving errors made by us, engraving production defects, and a pet portrait that is not recognizable from the photo you supplied. Contact us within 100 days of delivery. We will review your photos and arrange a free replacement for a covered issue, including delivery. This is an additional replacement guarantee, not a change-of-mind or money-back offer. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What if my photo is unsuitable?
We check your photo before production and ask for another image if important details are missing.
How long does delivery take?
Your personalized keepsake usually arrives within 1–2 weeks of ordering, including personalization and shipping. We begin once we have your photo and details. Delivery timing can vary by destination; please check the shipping information for your country.
Can I return personalized jewelry?
Our additional 100-Day Guarantee provides a free replacement for covered engraving issues. For return eligibility, return costs and refunds, see our returns and refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods, remain unaffected.
How do I request a replacement?
Contact us through our contact page within 100 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, your original pet photo and clear photos of the engraving. For a covered issue, the replacement and its delivery are free. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will explain the next steps.
What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete?
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number, a description and photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate solution. Missing personalization or an error made by us is not treated as a change-of-mind request. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
What if I entered the wrong name or uploaded the wrong photo?
Check your photo, spelling and personalization before ordering. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately so we can check whether production has started. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Customer-entered mistakes are not covered by our additional replacement guarantee, but we will explain the available options.
Will the engraving look exactly like my photo?
An engraving recreates your photo on metal, so colors, shading and very fine details will look different. A clear, well-lit photo gives the best result. If your pet is not recognizable from the photo you submitted, contact us so we can review it under the 100-Day Guarantee.
Does the guarantee cover accidental damage or wear?
Our additional guarantee covers the engraving issues described above. It does not cover a lost item, accidental damage, misuse, or ordinary surface scratches from wear. If the engraving fades or you suspect a defect, send us photos so we can assess the cause. These limits do not reduce your statutory rights for faulty goods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately through our contact page. We will check the production status and confirm what is still possible. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has started. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
What if my order is delayed, missing or marked delivered?
Please check your tracking and the delivery details on your order, then contact us if you still need help. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check with household members or your building reception and let us know. We will investigate with the carrier. Delivery problems are handled separately from the engraving guarantee; the existing shipping terms and your statutory rights remain unchanged.
What if I ordered before this policy changed?
The terms offered when you placed your order continue to apply to that order. This update does not remove an earlier return promise or limit your statutory consumer rights.
