International Shipping & Delivery

PawToKeep currently accepts online orders for delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. We do not currently offer delivery to Germany or other destinations. The available destination list in checkout is definitive.

Personalized production

Each personalized jewelry piece is made to order using your uploaded pet photo and selected details. Production begins once all necessary personalization information has been received. If an image or engraving instruction needs clarification, our team may contact you before production.

International shipping rates

Our currently configured standard international shipping rate is €9.90 in our store's base currency. Depending on your selected market, Shopify may display or convert prices in another currency. The actual shipping charge and currency shown in checkout before payment are the amounts that apply to your order. We do not currently advertise an international free-shipping threshold.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Production and transit times vary by destination. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If you need your order for a specific occasion, contact service@treuespur.de before ordering. Tracking details are provided when your order is dispatched.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if you notice an error or if tracking shows a delivery problem. We will investigate with the shipping provider. Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Taxes and import charges

Review the taxes, shipping charges and any duties displayed at checkout before placing your order. If your destination imposes import charges not collected at checkout, the relevant local rules apply. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
