Personalized items are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. Covered engraving issues can be addressed through our 100-Day Engraving Guarantee; statutory rights remain unaffected.

For an eligible statutory withdrawal, a clear statement by email or post is sufficient. Our contact page also includes a cancellation form. Please contact us for return instructions before sending a product; prior approval is not required to exercise a statutory right.
